Terms of Service

Pockra is a personal finance tool that calculates your “Safe-to-Spend” — the maximum amount you can safely spend right now while ensuring all future financial obligations are covered. The Service analyzes your bank transactions, detects recurring commitments, and provides real-time spending guidance.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• Information you provide must be accurate and current

Pockra integrates with the following third-party services:

• Plaid Inc. — provides secure, read-only access to your bank account data. Your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.
• Stripe Inc. — processes subscription payments securely. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on Pockra servers.

Pockra offers the following plans:

• Free — 1 linked bank account, Safe-to-Spend calculation, commitment tracking, unlimited transaction history
• Pro — everything in Free plus unlimited linked accounts, credit card and loan tracking

Pro subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, you will be billed at the rate displayed at the time of subscription (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure
• Access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Pockra is a financial information tool, not a financial advisor. The Safe-to-Spend calculation and commitment detection are based on available transaction data and may not capture all financial obligations. You should not rely solely on Pockra for financial decisions. We are not responsible for overdrafts, missed payments, or other financial consequences arising from the use of our Service.

The Service, including its design, algorithms, code, and content, is owned by Pockra and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data will always be accurate or complete. Bank data availability depends on third-party providers including Plaid and your financial institutions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pockra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
